Please note the following conditions and please ensure that all staff/volunteers who book onto courses under your organisations name are aware of them.
Pro-Action members organisations can continue to access the training calendar FREE of charge. This membership benefit remains in place with the following conditions:
o If a participant can no longer attend a course, written cancellation [a letter/e-mail] must be sent to the Pro-Action office 5 working days prior to the course commencing, otherwise it will be recorded as an absence.
o If a member of your team does not attend a course and does not inform the Pro-Action office as above, the organisation will be responsible for paying the £15 non-attendance charge.
o It is the responsibility of the organisation to re-coup the costs either internally or from the individual.
o Until the charge is paid, organisations are unable to continue with their membership benefits, until the sum is paid in full. The membership co-ordinator will flag the member as being ‘frozen’ until receipt of payment.
o If the booked member of staff/volunteer cannot make the course another member of the organisation can attend in their place at short notice. This will not be seen as an absence.
