The Diamond Jubilee Fund is a designated fund with a specific remit of helping the children & young people of Hertfordshire to take part in Adventurous and Outdoor Activities.
The fund in 2011 has supported 23 youth groups/individual in Hertfordshire:

Hoddesdon Boxing Academy - £750 - Training Camp
Walkern Youth Club - £500 - Contribution towards purchase of skate ramps
Urban Saints - £500 - Trip to Stubbers Activity Centre
Woodside Community Motorcycle Project - £475 - Replace essential safety equipment to allow the project to continue.
Leavesden Green Youth Club - £400 - Two activity days at Phaselswood
Hitchin Sea Cadets - £1,000 - Contribution towards the purchase of a new fibreglass boat.
Nicola Pendrell-Smith - £150 - Swaziland Orphanage expedition
